Returns and Refunds

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or travel spray you purchase is genuine, authentic perfume taken from manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee you will like it. You might love it or not. That's why you want to sample the fragrance before committing to a full bottle.

Returns
We have a strict policy for returns and refunds: We only accept returns of "unopened " items. This means we can't accept returns if the box has been opened, no matter the circumstances. Perfume is highly personal and subjective.  Therefore we can not provide returns and refunds for products that have been opened and used simply because you're not satisfied with the fragrance .

If you need to return an item, please, contact us at olga@houseofcherryniche.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return in your email.

If your order arrives damaged, please, take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us at olga@houseofcherryniche.com. Include your order number and details of the damaged bottles in your email. We need to receive this information within 5 days of your order delivery. 

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Due to international registrations, we are unable to accept returns of international orders. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
